We're partnering with a large enterprise organisation undertaking a significant cloud transformation initiative. An experienced Project Manager is required to lead the establishment of a secure Azure cloud foundation as part of a broader move to a multi-cloud strategy. This is a hands-on delivery role suited to a strong infrastructure-focused Project Manager who can step in immediately, manage complex stakeholders, and drive outcomes at pace. The organisation is currently operating in AWS and is now building a secure Azure landing zone to support future platforms, SaaS integrations, and long-term technology strategy. This role will lead the delivery of that Azure environment, working closely with internal cloud teams and an external Microsoft partner. Key Responsibilities Lead delivery of a greenfield Azure cloud landing zone / hub Manage an external Microsoft partner delivering design and implementation Coordinate internal cloud, infrastructure and security stakeholders Drive delivery of a secure, stable and scalable Azure environment Oversee interconnectivity between Azure and existing AWS workloads Manage risks, dependencies, timelines and governance Prioritise a backlog of cloud infrastructure work Deliver to tight timelines with a strong focus on quality and security Required Experience Proven Project Manager experience delivering cloud infrastructure projects Strong Azure delivery experience (essential) Experience establishing Azure landing zones / cloud foundations Multi-cloud or AWS/Azure integration experience highly desirable Vendor management experience (Microsoft partner or SI) Strong stakeholder management across technical teams Delivery-focused with ability to operate independently Experience working in complex enterprise environments Engagement Details Initial 6 month contract Immediate start preferred Brisbane based High visibility transformation initiative Strong likelihood of extension This is a critical piece of work enabling broader transformation initiatives.
