Location: Adelaide based only On-site Requirement: 3-4 days in the office per week Why On-site? This is a highly collaborative position involving regular face-to-face workshops and close team interaction, making in-office presence essential. What’s the role? As a Senior Product Manager, you will be directly responsible for delivering product strategies, outcomes, and priorities under Westpac’s Unite program. You will be responsible for maximising the value and readiness of the Mortgages Future State by shaping, defining, and governing the target-state operating model. Ensuring clear alignment between Mortgages Technology delivery, operational change initiatives, and business adoption activities to enable effective implementation. You will monitor delivery progress and support successful customer and colleague transition outcomes, ensuring that change is embedded smoothly and sustainably across the organisation. What do I need? Demonstrated experience within the financial services industry, including operating in an Agile environment in the capacity of a Senior Product Manager Proven expertise in business readiness, adoption, and go-to-market planning. Strong capability in transition planning and end-to-end delivery. Demonstrated experience in data management, reporting, and benefits tracking. Ability to work effectively across Business, Technology, and Change teams, and collaboratively across squads, to ensure aligned delivery, migration readiness, and successful employee adoption. Highly engaging interpersonal skills and able to build credible working relationships with peers and stakeholders at all levels of business. SAFe Product Manager or Product Owner certification, or a recognised product management qualification, is highly regarded. Why join us?
