We’re partnering with a highly regarded organisation entering a significant period of growth and transformation , with major infrastructure investment and enterprise-wide change underway. This is a newly created role where you will take ownership of how change is structured, governed and embedded across the business. The Opportunity Sitting within People & Culture and reporting to the EGM - People & Culture, this role will act as the custodian of the enterprise change framework , ensuring change is delivered consistently and effectively across programs, projects and BAU initiatives. This is not a pure delivery role, you will enable the business to deliver change well , uplifting capability, embedding frameworks and partnering closely with leaders to drive adoption. Key Responsibilities Own and continuously improve the enterprise change framework, tools and governance Embed change practices across PMO, IT and risk frameworks Provide enterprise-wide visibility of change activity, risks and priorities Partner with leaders to assess, prioritise and sequence change initiatives Design and deliver practical training, workshops and capability uplift Support major transformation programs including systems, structural and operating model change Develop clear, decision-ready reporting and dashboards for executive forums Act as a trusted advisor across People & Culture and the broader business About You Proven experience leading or enabling organisational change in complex environments Strong background working with change frameworks, governance and enterprise delivery models Ability to simplify complexity and translate strategy into practical action Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills Experience integrating change across projects, systems and business operations Confident facilitating workshops, coaching leaders and building capability Pragmatic and solutions-focused with a hands-on approach Exposure to regulated, infrastructure or operational environments is advantageous Why This Role Newly created role with real ownership and impact Opportunity to shape how change is delivered across the organisation Exposure to large-scale, high-profile transformation programs Collaborative, down-to-earth culture with strong leadership support Hybrid working with flexibility (open to full time or 0.8) How to Apply Apply via the link with your updated resume.
