About the Role As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality care and achieving positive outcomes for residents. You will provide clinical leadership across the home, support care teams, and help drive best practice in line with aged care legislation and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and oversight to care teams Supervise Enrolled Nurses, Team Leaders, and Care Service Employees Allocate duties to support safe, effective, and efficient service delivery Promote clinical excellence and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Support best practice in line with aged care legislation and quality standards About You You are a compassionate and capable Registered Nurse who brings strong clinical judgement, professionalism, and a collaborative approach to care. Essential Criteria Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Minimum 12 months’ experience in residential aged care Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of aged care legislation Sound understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills Empathetic, respectful, and team-focused approach Flexibility to work various shifts across a full rotating roster Current Australian driver’s licence and access to a registered and insured vehicle Why Join McLean Care?
