Job Description Lead and develop a high‑performing Demand Planning team, fostering capability growth and continuous improvement. 5 days onsite - 8am-5pm Build and maintain 12-24 month rolling demand forecasts across retail, foodservice, and export channels. Analyse historical sales, market trends, and promotional activity to generate accurate, data‑driven forecasts. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to integrate new products, promotions, and market insights into demand plans. Drive the monthly S&OP process, presenting forecast performance, key variances, and demand assumptions to stakeholders. Recommend production and procurement adjustments based on demand insights, capacity constraints, and business priorities. Monitor and report on forecasting KPIs (MAPE, bias), service levels, and inventory health, delivering insights to senior management. Maintain planning system data and support ongoing process optimisation across forecasting, inventory, and supply chain functions. The Successful Applicant A successful Demand Planning Manager should have: Experience within the Food Manufacturing industry is ESSENTIAL Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. People Management experience Proficiency in demand planning tools and software. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. A results-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions. Formal qualifications in supply chain management, business, or a related field.
