We are proud to deliver major electrical and energy projects that play a crucial role in Australia's transition to a more sustainable future such as a landmark contract, the Clean Energy Link – North Region project for Western Power. Project overview: The contract includes the design and construction of two new terminals at Regans Ford and Eneabba and an associated line, and augmentation of the existing 330kV Northern and Eneabba terminals. Your Role and Responsibilities As the Electrical Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading all electrical works across critical project infrastructure, including powerlines, transfer stations, and substations. This will involve: Mentoring and managing your team of trades personnel and subcontractors. Coordinating daily on-site operations and acting as the key link between the project and engineering teams. Enforcing our strict safety, environmental, and quality standards on site. Experience and ability to formulate precise site daily reports. Experience and ability to create electrical work packs from IFC drawings for electrical crews and subcontractors. Experience and ability to undertake Material Take Offs from IFC drawings. What We're Looking For A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in the electrical industry. Relevant electrical trade qualifications and certifications. Experience with ACONEX or similar Construction Project Management Software. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
