What You’ll Be Doing As a Telephony Platform Engineer, you’ll be part of a collaborative Telephony team that collectively owns the Genesys Cloud platform end to end. This is a hands on role that balances operational support with platform engineering, architecture, and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with call centre leaders, agents, and technology teams to ensure the platform is reliable today and evolving sustainably for tomorrow. Key responsibilities include: • Owning and optimising the Genesys Cloud platform for performance, reliability, and scalability • Designing and evolving IVR flows, queues, routing strategies, and outbound capabilities • Contributing to platform architecture, governance, and best practice standards • Supporting telephony initiatives including enhancements, upgrades, and migrations • Partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective platform solutions What’s In It For You At Compare the Market and iSelect, we’re all about helping people make smart choices – and joining us might just be yours. Bring strong working knowledge Genesys Cloud capabilities including ACD, IVR, routing, queues, outbound, and telephony configuration. Practical experience designing, building, and maintaining Architect call flows, including prompts, routing logic, schedules, data actions, and integrations. Experience supporting platform change and delivery activities, such as enhancements, feature rollouts, migrations, and upgrades.
