We’re currently seeking an experienced Foreman to join a major $100M heavy refurbishment project in the CBD. This is a contract role with strong potential to transition into long-term work for the right candidate. The Role This position will focus on the structural and early-stage components of a complex refurbishment. You’ll be heavily involved in managing structural works, demolition interfaces, and build sequencing within an occupied or constrained CBD environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee structural and refurbishment works on a large-scale live project Coordinate trades across demolition, structural modifications, and rebuild phases Drive programme and ensure key milestones are met Manage site logistics in a tight, high-traffic CBD environment Maintain strict WHS compliance and site safety standards Work closely with the Site Manager and engineering team to resolve site issues Run toolbox talks, inductions, and daily pre-starts What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Foreman on structural or heavy refurbishment projects Strong background in demolition, structural upgrades, and complex builds Ability to manage multiple trades and challenging site conditions Solid understanding of construction methodology and sequencing Confident communicator with strong leadership on site Experience working on large-scale ($50M) commercial projects preferred What’s On Offer Immediate start on a landmark $100M project Competitive contract rates High-profile CBD project exposure Genuine opportunity for ongoing or long-term work If you’ve got the experience running structural packages on complex refurb projects and are available for an immediate start, apply below or reach out to Rose Kilcawley directly 0450 598 772.
