The Morrison is seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead its front-of-house operations and deliver an exceptional dining experience. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service. Lead, train, and supervise front-of-house staff to maintain high standards of customer service. Ensure guests receive an exceptional dining experience from arrival to departure. Manage staff rosters, shift allocations, and performance to ensure adequate service coverage. Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between front and back of house. Monitor inventory levels for beverages and restaurant supplies, and assist with ordering where required. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations. Assist with implementing marketing initiatives, promotions, and events to drive patronage. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service throughout the venue. About You Proven experience working as a Restaurant Manager or senior hospitality supervisor in a busy restaurant environment. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced service environment. Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Sound understanding of hospitality operations, staff management, and customer service standards.
