About the Job. As Head Chef you will closely with the Culinary Director to deliver a great product and service to guests. The role is to manage and run service whilst assisting junior chefs when required. You will be working within a professional environment where the team get along well and are supported by management. Working with genuinely very high end produce, we are looking for solid fine dining experience. This is a hands on role where you will have the opportunity to guide and mentor your team About the Company. A restaurant group that offers an elevated style of dining throughout their venues Skills & Experience Ideally we are looking for an experienced Senior Sous or current Head Chef who has a background within higher end restaurants. We are looking for someone who can fit into a close knit team and relate to the front of house teams. Someone who takes pride in what they do and enjoys assisting / guiding junior chefs when required. Utilising high end produce the menu one that will both challenge and reward.
