Experienced Leasing Lawyer – General Property We are seeking a talented associate, senior associate or suitably experienced lawyer to join our market-leading General Property team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside respected leaders in the field, including practitioners recognised for their deep understanding of the commercial property sector and strong reputation in retail commercial and industrial leasing. The Role Our team primarily supports Family Offices, including the largest private client owner of shopping centres in Australia. In this role, you will work closely with partners and the broader team comprising of other senior lawyers, newer lawyers, experienced paralegals and administrative support personnel on a broad mix of high‑quality property matters, with a focus on acting for landlords, tenants, developers and investors in: retail, commercial and industrial property lease dealings and new leasing projects asset management and advice work capital transactions (as part of a team) the property aspects of corporate transactions You’ll contribute to servicing the legal needs of significant commercial real estate owners, helping to strengthen longstanding client relationships, and work on matters involving prominent retail commercial and industrial properties — reflecting the firm’s strong reputation in these areas.
