About the Role As an integral part of our dealership, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving aftermarket sales and profitability. Key Responsibilities Contribute consistently to the profitability of the aftermarket department Deliver outstanding customer service at every touchpoint Ensure customers feel comfortable and supported during their dealership visit Identify and maximise aftermarket sales opportunities Work closely with the sales team to ensure vehicles are prepared and delivered on time Assist with front-of-house and day-to-day operational tasks as required About You Previous aftermarket or car care sales experience (highly regarded) Strong customer service background with a passion for sales Self-motivated with a positive, “can-do” attitude Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organised with strong planning abilities A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment Current full driver’s licence What We Offer Supportive and experienced management team Competitive salary package based on experience Attractive commission structure Fully maintained vehicle or vehicle allowance (for proven performers) Opportunity to grow within a successful and expanding automotive group If you are driven, customer-focused, and ready to take the next step in your automotive career, we would love to hear from you.
