About the Role: This full-time Property Consultant role will see you working between modern offices in the Sunbury and Gisborne areas, servicing a broad local residential market. You will manage the full sales process from prospecting and appraisals through to listing, negotiation, and successful settlement, always maintaining exceptional customer service and compliance. Day-to-day, you will build and nurture relationships, follow up buyer and vendor enquiries, conduct open homes and private inspections, and work towards clear, achievable sales targets. Key responsibilities include: Conducting market appraisals and listing presentations, converting leads into loyal clients. Managing sales campaigns, open homes, and private inspections across Sunbury, Gisborne, and surrounding areas. Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and the local community. Following up all enquiries promptly, providing honest feedback and market guidance. Negotiating offers to achieve the best possible outcomes for your vendors while delivering a high-quality experience. Ensuring all processes comply with relevant legislative, industry, and company requirements. About You: You are an energetic, client-focused sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced residential sales environment. You enjoy building trust, negotiating outcomes, and being accountable for your results while working as part of a supportive team. You will ideally offer: Current Agent’s Representative Certificate and/or full estate agent licence. Previous experience in residential sales or a strong sales background from another industry. Current driver’s licence and a reliable, well-presented vehicle. Strong understanding of current state legislation and guidelines, or willingness to learn quickly. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer service focus. Proven ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and deliver consistent results. High level of organisation, time management, and self-motivation. Knowledge of the Sunbury, Gisborne and Macedon Ranges property markets is an advantage.
