We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator with strong GMP knowledge and a background in regulated, high‑volume production environments. This position offers genuine career progression Ongoing contract with potential for permanency Monday–Friday, Day Shift (7am–3pm) Located in Melbourne’s South‑Eastern Suburbs Key Responsibilities Operate, monitor, and adjust automated and semi‑automated production machinery Perform accurate product packing, labelling, and in‑process quality checks Conduct routine equipment inspections and escalate mechanical issues Troubleshoot minor machine faults to minimise downtime and maintain line efficiency Adhere to GMP, SOPs, and all site safety and compliance requirements Maintain accurate production records and support continuous improvement initiatives About You Previous experience in a fast‑paced pharmaceutical or food manufacturing environment Previous experience as a line setter or line leader is highly regarded Proven capability as a Machine Operator working with filling, packing, or labelling equipment Strong mechanical aptitude with demonstrated troubleshooting skills on production lines High attention to detail with a strong commitment to product quality and compliance Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to changing priorities, and support smooth line performance Apply!
