Your Role We are seeking an experienced Product Specification Engineer to play a critical role in a major specification uplift program across our door portfolio. This role exists to document, standardise and uplift engineering specifications and drawings so they can be consistently applied across multiple manufacturing plants. You’ll be capturing decades of product and manufacturing knowledge and translating it into clear, repeatable standards that reduce variation, rework and quality issues. This position replaces a key capability previously held by a long-tenured engineer and sits at the centre of a business‑wide improvement initiative that is already underway. This role is initially a 6 month contract with the potential to extend.
