You’ll work closely with division leads and the Director Population and Public Health to drive efficient operations across the region. What You’ll Do Oversee day‑to‑day public health operations across GPHU Support Director and division leads with operational planning Shape systems, structures and processes for effective service delivery Lead workforce planning, onboarding and staff development Manage reporting, budgets and resource allocation Key Responsibilities Provide operational leadership across the GPHU and wider public health network Manage GPHU workflows to meet Department of Health requirements Implement strategic and business plans with the Director Oversee workforce planning, rostering, recruitment and training Lead operational, performance, financial and acquittal reporting Support public health functions: protection, prevention, surveillance, outbreaks and emergency response Skills & Experience Strong operational leadership in health settings Skill in workforce and resource coordination Confident with budgets, reporting and compliance Able to support public health functions and teams Clear communicator with stakeholder engagement skill Culture & Benefits At Grampians Health, we recognise our staff are our greatest asset.
