Job Summary The Document Preparation Officer will attend to the processing of services and functions within the documentation preparation team, including preparation of all required loan documentation per procedures and within agreed service levels."Main Tasks - Prepare loan contracts and all required mortgage documents accurately and in line with client instructions - Identify any errors and flag with client - Follow up any outstanding information with client and/ or relevant stakeholders - Load instructions in FMS database (DocPrep) - Ensure fees and charges are loaded correctly - Adhere to privacy laws strictly - Printing and collating documents and preparing documents for postage - Other duties as required Key Responsibilities Customer Focus - Manage, respond and own client queries /escalation - Empowerment going above and beyond meeting clients requirements on a daily basis - Taking ownership of your client base - Listen, support, champion our clients needs Process - Adhere to all internal policies and procedures - Comply with client specific operating processes - Ensure all tasks are performed with a high level of accuracy - Foster and encourage an environment of continuous improvement Team work & Behaviour - Provide support to your peers and other teams within the business as required - Take ownership of own performance and development - Actively contribute to team with a positive attitude - Share opinions in a way that is respectful to others focussing on ‘what we can learn’.
