The Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Lending Support Specialist to join our Direct Sales lending team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers across our Mortgage and Asset Finance products, helping them through the early stages of their loan journey and making sure everything is in place for a smooth handover to our lending specialists. Loan Prequalification: You’ll assess incoming applications from calls, emails, and web enquiries to ensure they’re ready for review by our credit and lending teams. Customer Conversations : You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, guiding customers through their applications and answering their questions with clarity and care. Application Follow-Up: You’ll manage your pipeline of applications, follow up on valuations, and book appointments with our lending specialists to keep things moving. Document Handling: You’ll collect and verify supporting documents to help progress loan applications efficiently. CRM Management: You’ll keep customer records up to date, making sure all contact details are accurate and changes are made promptly.
