Do work that matters As a Director , you will provide meaningful Transactional Banking‑led solutions to a portfolio of Local Government clients across NSW, supporting councils with complex operating models, cash‑flow management, payments, and broader financial needs. You will build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, develop a deep understanding of client operating environments, and proactively identify opportunities to embed CBA’s Transactional Banking capabilities, while also supporting lending and balance‑sheet requirements where appropriate. Success in this role requires strong stakeholder partnership and influence , working closely with Product, Risk, IBCS, and service teams to deliver integrated solutions. You will operate with a high degree of ownership across end‑to‑end client engagement, including origination and credit responsibilities aligned to client needs.
