You will lead the delivery of one or more streams within the Pacific Risk Transformation Program, working closely with the PMO and initiative leads to translate program strategy into delivered outcomes. This role combines hands‑on project management, risk and issue management, resource optimisaion and stakeholder engagement to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards. Ownership of stream planning, execution and reporting — from timelines and milestones to resource allocation and dependencies. We will count on you to: Develop and maintain comprehensive stream plans (timelines, milestones, resource requirements) aligned to program objectives. Oversee milestone execution, monitor progress and ensure adherence to schedule, budget and quality standards. Identify, assess and mitigate risks and issues; implement contingency plans and escalate as required to minimise impact. Optimise resource allocation and workload distribution across initiatives and teams. Apply consistent, fit‑for‑purpose delivery methodologies, tools and reporting to maintain transparency and momentum. Collaborate with project managers and delivery teams to drive completion of deliverables and remove blockers. Prepare clear performance metrics, status reports and executive updates for Program Director and governance forums. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and proactively respond to the needs of program and executive stakeholders. What you need to have: Tertiary qualification in business, project management or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in program/stream delivery and project management of complex initiatives (multiple concurrent projects) and in risk and financial services. Strong track record in risk and issue management, resource planning and schedule/budget control. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience engaging senior leaders and sponsors. Practical knowledge of delivery methodologies, governance and performance reporting. Ability to work autonomously, prioritise under pressure and drive teams to deliver outcomes.
