Labourforce have several clients based in Perth and we are currently seeking experienced Manufacturing Operators (sheet metal) to work for our client in Maddington. About the role: Must be able to work a roster from Monday - Friday (both AM & PM shifts) Pay rate from $35p/h (casual loading included) super Immediate starts available! Key Responsibilities: Undergo relevant roll form Interpret product drawings to program the folding machine according to specifications Manufacturing goods to our customers' requirements Operating metal folding, roll form and pressing machines and general sheet metal equipment Conduct basic preventative and breakdown maintenance in liaison with the maintenance team Participate in training in the use of specific items of plant and equipment Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment You will need: Unlimited working rights in Australia (hours are full time) Australian Forklift ticket is advantageous but not essential Experience working as a sheet metal manufacturing operator, including ability to interpret product drawings Willing to train the right applicants Have excellent attention to detail Be computer literate Have good written and verbal communication skills Be fit, healthy and able to perform heavy lifting when required High level of pride in work Ability to work well within a team environment.
