About the role Based at our Gosnells Quarry, WA A permanent role in the world's largest building materials company Rotating Shifts (Day/Night) Offers long term career paths and training opportunities Culture focused on the recognition of effort and reward for achievement You will be responsible for supervising the plant maintenance and safe management systems on site in accordance with national and Holcim procedures. This includes implementation of comprehensive preventative maintenance plans and timely reaction to unplanned breakdown events. You will actively lead a small team in daily tasks and ensure the plant is maintained to an appropriate level ensuring all compliance requirements are met. Exciting investment funding is bringing brand new assets to the quarry. You will be responsible for improving the overall performance of new and existing assets, so they meet the production requirements at the lowest cost of ownership. The role works on a rotating roster swapping from day to night shift. About you You will be a self-starter, safety focused, decisive and able to think on your feet. You must be an excellent communicator and be able to work well within a small team whilst leading by example. You will have proven results working in a similar role preferably in Quarrying/Mining, construction materials or heavy industrial manufacturing. Experience using SAP or similar CMMS is essential. You will come from a mechanical/electrical or supervisory position in quarry/mining background with a high level of commercial acumen across maintenance planning and implementation.
