Your new company Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Assurance and Risk, youll support the planning and delivery of capital upgrades across MAIBs supported accommodation facilities and provide ongoing facilities, asset, contract and risk support across MAIBs broader corporate asset portfolio. MAIBs supported accommodation services include 24/7 care for clients catastrophically injured in a motor accident, with sites in Hobart, Launceston and Ulverstone. Youll join a collaborative team focused on optimising outcomes across the full project lifecycle, bringing structure, commercial discipline and a practical get it done mindset to contractor management, site coordination and governance. Your new role Help deliver a capital works and facilities renewal program that directly supports Tasmanians impacted by serious road trauma. MAIB administers Tasmanias compulsory third party personal injury motor accident insurance scheme and is focused on sustainable, client-centred outcomes. Manage contractor and consultant relationships: procurement support, onboarding, performance monitoring and renewals Coordinate facilities and asset maintenance across properties, vehicles and physical assets Support capital works/construction activity: site coordination, scheduling, reporting, stakeholder comms.
