Role Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist with 1–6 years’ experience to work full time delivering pediatric assessment and intervention. The successful candidate will design and implement individualized programs addressing sensory processing, fine motor skills, self-care, play, and school participation. This role suits clinicians at junior, mid-senior, or senior levels who hold at least a bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy and current Australian registration (General or Limited). Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments for infants, toddlers, and school-aged children using evidence-based tools. Develop and deliver goal-directed therapy plans that involve families, carers, and educators. Provide targeted interventions for sensory, motor, and functional participation challenges. Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adapt programs to achieve measurable gains. Collaborate with speech therapists, physiotherapists, educators, and external agencies. Contribute to service development, quality improvement, and clinical training activities. Who We’re Looking For Occupational Therapist with a bachelor’s degree or higher and 1–6 years pediatric experience preferred. Current Australian Health Practitioner Regulation registration (General or Limited). Open to Australian citizens, permanent residents, and candidates on eligible visas (Occupational Trainee, Work, Student with pathway, or those who need to apply).
