Program Support Officer (AO3) - x2 Opportunities North Coast Region We are seeking two proactive and organised Program Support Officers to join a high-performing Corridor Management team supporting critical infrastructure and development activities across the region. This is a fast-paced role where you will work closely with engineers and technical specialists, helping to coordinate third-party access and development assessments across road, bikeway and infrastructure projects. About the Role You will play a key role in supporting project delivery by providing high-quality administrative and coordination support, ensuring applications, documentation and stakeholder interactions are managed efficiently and in line with required standards and timeframes. Key Responsibilities Manage quality assurance of application documentation using online systems Support project teams to meet deadlines, including legislative timeframes Liaise with utility providers and stakeholders to support project outcomes Maintain shared inboxes and allocate actions to relevant team members Prepare process documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Interpret construction-related documentation and mapping systems Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, WHS and governance requirements About you Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks High attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately Confident communicator with stakeholder engagement experience Ability to work independently and show initiative in a busy environment Experience interpreting technical or construction-related documents (desirable) Exposure to mapping systems or similar platforms (desirable) What's on Offer Opportunity to work within a collaborative and supportive team Exposure to large-scale infrastructure and development projects A dynamic role with variety and stakeholder interaction If you're looking to build your experience in infrastructure project support and enjoy working in a structured, fast-moving environment — we'd love to hear from you.
