In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to analyse business needs, design technology-driven solutions, and support the successful delivery of IT projects. Key Responsibilities Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements Assist in system design, testing, implementation, and deployment activities Develop use cases, workflows, and user stories Support project teams in Agile or Waterfall environments Ensure solutions align with business objectives and compliance requirements Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience
