Our client a leading Food and Beverage Systems Supplier are currently seeking a Field Service Technician. This role is central to delivering high-quality aftersales service and technical support. You will support customers throughout the entire lifecycle of their equipment including maintenance, troubleshooting and complex overhaul of machinery. Key Responsibilities • Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and respond promptly to emergency service requests to maintain optimal system performance. • Deliver high-quality, professional service while ensuring clear and effective communication with customers. • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment both on-site and through remote support. • Provide technical assistance for mechanical and electrical systems. • Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence. • Deliver basic operator training on equipment use and preventive maintenance best practices. • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Spare Parts, and Projects) by providing technical expertise and service-related insights. About You • Mechanical trade qualified • Experience working within food, liquid or beverage manufacturing • Strong mechanical troubleshooting capabilities • Knowledge of applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements • High level of customer focus, professionalism, and strong work ethic • Valid driver’s license with willingness and ability to travel interstate What’s on Offer?
