Currently, we have a full-time vacancy for a Project Administrator to join our team. As a Project Administrator you will be responsible for: • Manage, coordinate, and oversee all project management activities. Take a holistic view, identify and drive opportunities to reduce the time to delivering products to market. • Organize, direct, monitor, and control project tasks and activities for New Product Developments (NPD), Product Changes (PCR) and Engineering Services (ESVs) to ensure completion on time and within budget. • Report project status and proactively resolve risks/issues. • Identify opportunities and drive streamlining processes to support the business to work effectively & efficiently. What you'll be doing • Developing, reviewing, and negotiating contract variations across programs, projects, and service agreements to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements • Managing and responding to enquiries, resolving issues related to contracts, projects, service delivery, and impacted stakeholders • Administering and maintaining all documentation associated with contracts, programs, projects, and services in accordance with governance and record-keeping standards • Coordinating with Project Managers, Engineering professionals, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives, timelines, and quality standards • Providing reports and recommendations to senior management on operational, contractual, and project matters, and implementing approved decisions • Monitoring contractor performance, overseeing work progress, and identifying, documenting, and reporting variations to work orders • Preparing, reviewing, and submitting formal reports, briefs, and submissions relating to organisational and project activities • Collecting, analysing, and interpreting project-related data to assess performance, outcomes, and continuous improvement opportunities. What we're looking for • PMP certification • Highly proficient in Wrike, or other project and task management software. • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) • Effective and concise communication skills; verbal, written and presentation. • Ability to interact and adapt style with a range of stakeholders. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field • Minimum 2 years’ experience in project management within a product development, manufacturing, or engineering environment.
