The Opportunity This is a delivery-focused Solutions Architect role driving a major, enterprise-wide endpoint transformation program across a large and complex environment. You won’t be hands-on building solutions – instead, you’ll sit at the centre of delivery, ensuring vendor-led designs land properly, risks are managed early, and rollout happens without rework. This is a high-visibility program with multiple vendors, diverse stakeholder groups, and real operational impact. What You’ll Be Doing Oversee end-to-end architecture assurance across vendor-delivered solutions Review, challenge, and approve endpoint / SOE designs Drive alignment across technology, security, and business teams Resolve technical risks, constraints, and design gaps quickly Ensure solutions are fit for purpose, secure, and operationally viable Support rollout planning, sequencing, and transition into BAU What You Bring Proven experience delivering enterprise endpoint / SOE / EUC programs Strong background in Windows enterprise environments & endpoint lifecycle Experience working in vendor-led delivery models (critical) Ability to challenge suppliers and hold them accountable Experience operating in complex, large-scale environments Strong stakeholder skills across technical, business, and executive audiences Nice to have Experience supporting specialist or high-performance user environments Background working in large, regulated or complex organisations The Environment You’ll be stepping into a large-scale, highly integrated environment with: Multiple vendors and delivery partners Established governance, risk, and assurance frameworks Cross-functional stakeholders across business and technology Programs with broad organisational impact This is not a place for theory-heavy architects – you’ll need to be pragmatic, decisive, and delivery-driven.
