About the Role: Following the continued growth of our business, the Treasury Administrator is a newly created entry level position within our Treasury team, playing an important role in supporting the day-to-day management of the Group’s cash and intercompany funding activities. Based in our CBD Waterfront Head Office, this is your opportunity to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment, within a well-established and market leading company. Our ideal candidate is a recent graduate or self-starter who is keen to develop a foundational understanding of treasury operations, non-operating bank account reconciliations and group cash management and forecasting. Working closely with our Treasury Analytics Manager and GM of Treasury and Debt, this role is responsible for supporting the execution and control of daily cash movements, intercompany transactions, and banking activities across the Group. Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Ensure accurate and timely execution of treasury operations, while maintaining strong adherence to internal controls and governance frameworks. Daily cash positioning and monitoring of bank balances across multiple entities Processing domestic and international intercompany cash transfers Managing intercompany funding movements and maintaining accurate balances Assisting with non-operating bank account and intercompany reconciliations Maintaining accurate records of treasury transactions and supporting audit requirements Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce manual processing. About You: Graduate in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline Basic understanding of financial principles, including cash flow and reconciliations Exposure to accounting or finance environments through internships, part-time work, or university projects is desirable Understanding of intercompany transactions or treasury concepts is advantageous but not essential Strong Excel skills, including data handling, basic formulas, and reconciliation techniques Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Process oriented mindset with the ability to follow structured procedure and identify improvements Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal Problem solving ability, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment About Us: Established in 2000, National Storage is one of Australasia’s largest self-storage providers, tailoring self-storage solutions in 270 storage centres across Australia and New Zealand.
