Job description Troocoo Troocoo are partnering with a key Queensland Government client to recruit an AO4 Finance and Contract Administration Officer to support a high-performing team during a period of increased workload. This role sits within a fast-paced environment and will suit a hands-on finance professional with strong SAP experience who thrives in high-volume processing roles. Brisbane CBD | ASAP Start | Contract to 30/06/2026 possible extensions | $60.06 - $65.82 p/hour super The Role As the AO4 Finance & Contract Admin Officer, you will provide critical finance and administrative support to ensure the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions and contract-related documentation. Key responsibilities will include: Processing high volumes of invoices, purchase requisitions and goods receipts in SAP Supporting month-end activities including accruals, journals and financial reporting Maintaining accurate financial records, registers and reporting trackers Assisting with contract and procurement administration, including preparing documentation and updating records Liaising with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely processing Ensuring compliance with government policies, procedures and financial frameworks About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Previous experience in a Finance Officer / Program Support role, ideally within Government. Strong hands-on experience with SAP (S/4HANA & Fieldglass highly regarded) Proven ability to manage high-volume finance processing (AP, requisitions, goods receipts) Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure Exposure to procurement or contract administration (highly regarded but not essential) Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills What’s on Offer Opportunity to step into a Queensland Government contract Supportive and collaborative team environment Competitive hourly rate with potential for extension Brisbane CBD location Position starting ASAP!
