Your day to day will be filled with a variety of tasks including: First and foremost - creating exceptional customer experiences! Front desk / reception, greeting and setting up clients in treatment rooms Intake of new NDIS bookings Processing payments General office duties As your experience grows, you will have the opportunity to further develop your skills too, as there are lots of moving pieces in a NDIS clinic that you can be involved in! This is a full-time permanent in-clinic position, it would be fantastic if you're also open to occasional trips to their second clinic in Bundoora, but not essential.
