Customer Service Administrator Not-for-Profit Organisation | Blackburn | 4-Month Full-Time Contract We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a well-respected not-for-profit organisation based in Blackburn. This is a full-time, 4-month contract with an ASAP start, working within a supportive and fast-paced team environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a busy setting, and can confidently manage a high volume of incoming calls while providing excellent administrative support. You’ll be working under a fantastic Team Leader who is known for being supportive, approachable, and genuinely invested in their team. Key responsibilities will include: • Handling a high volume of inbound calls from clients, families and stakeholders • Providing accurate information and directing enquiries to the appropriate teams • Processing client information and maintaining records across internal systems • Supporting general administration tasks including data entry, document management and follow-ups • Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery About you: • Previous experience in a customer service and/or administration role • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner • High attention to detail and good computer skills • Ability to manage competing priorities and stay calm under pressure Experience in aged care or community services is highly regarded, but not essential.
