As a Strategic Insights Analyst, you will develop highquality, actionable insights that support the delivery of ART’s 2030 strategic objectives. This specialist role combines strong business partnering and stakeholder engagement with deep capability in reporting and analytical methodologies. You will support senior strategy leaders by delivering expert insights across key outputs, including Business and Corporate Scorecards, Executive and Board reporting, ART performance publications, and competitor and market analysis. Day to day, you'll: Apply analytical techniques to translate data into clear, actionable insights, including preparing and presenting recommendations to senior leaders. Leverage tools such as SQL, Databricks and Power BI, acting as a key link between Strategy and the Data & AI team. Analyse external data sources (e.g. APRA) and synthesise insights to support senior management decisionmaking. Partner with diverse stakeholders to understand business objectives and tailor insights solutions to address varied challenges. This role is available as a permanent/ full-time opportunity. Please note this role is known internally as a Strategy Analyst. About you It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: Tertiary qualifications in Statistics and Data Analysis, Information Management, Data Science, Commerce, Econometrics, or related discipline. Technical proficiency and experience working with SQL Server, Databricks & PowerBI. Strong analytical and data analysis skills with the ability to convert raw data into actionable business insights. Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to develop Executive & Board level PowerPoints.
