The Role This role sits at the intersection of design, delivery, and team leadership. You will take ownership of projects while playing a critical role in strengthening team capability – supporting the development of emerging architects and contributing to a more efficient, high-performing studio environment. You will work closely with senior leadership, helping to drive project outcomes while elevating the overall quality and consistency of delivery across the team. Key Responsibilities Lead projects across all phases, from concept through to documentation and construction Manage client relationships, ensuring high-quality, commercially aligned outcomes Oversee and coordinate internal teams and external consultants Provide guidance and mentorship to Graduate and Junior Architects Support studio-wide design consistency, documentation standards, and delivery excellence About You Registered Architect with 8–12 years’ experience in Australia Strong capability across design development, documentation, and construction phases Confident leading teams and managing stakeholder relationships Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM-led project delivery A collaborative mindset with a genuine interest in mentoring and developing others Let's Chat We'd love to talk you through this opportunity in more detail.
