Field Service Coordinator - Berrinba, QLD Looking to step off the tools but still use your technical expertise? We're seeking an experienced Field Service Coordinator to join a busy service team supporting customers across the earthmoving and heavy equipment sector. About the Role Reporting to the After Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating field service operations, supporting technicians, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to both internal and external customers. This is a fast-paced role that blends technical knowledge with leadership and scheduling. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule field service jobs to meet customer timeframes Provide over-the-phone diagnostics and technical support to customers and field technicians Support off-site mechanics with fault finding and troubleshooting Maintain high service standards and team utilisation Assist with workflow management, including occasional workshop oversight Ensure tools, vehicles, and equipment are maintained to a high standard Compile service reports and support warranty processes Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery About You Trade qualified (Diesel Fitter / Mobile Plant / Heavy Vehicle Mechanic or similar) Minimum 5 years post-trade experience in the earthmoving or heavy equipment industry Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Previous experience in a supervisory or coordination role (preferred) Excellent communication and time management skills Confident using Microsoft Office and maintenance systems What's on Offer Base approx $120k With overtime, approx $170k-$180k Opportunity to earn more with additional hours (up to 60 hours/week available) Transition off the tools into a leadership-focused role Supportive team environment with career progression opportunities If you're a skilled diesel fitter ready to take the next step in your career, apply now and bring your expertise into a dynamic coordination role.
