Project description As part of our growth in A/NZ, we have a number of projects and initiatives starting and requiring senior leadership to be delivered and to execute our long term growth strategy in the region. Responsibilities Responsible for running A/NZ presales and delivery covering our Capital Markets Solutions Focus on Project Management, Technology Consulting, Software integration and Outsourcing Capital Markets and packaged software Murex, Adenza, Finastra and Orchestrade Responsible for margin and revenue targets for the Offerings scope Develop C-level relationships with clients and partners Proactively identify opportunities and position DXC Luxoft services catalogue Work closely with sales teams to prepare and present service offers Work closely with delivery teams to provide relevant expertise to clients and ensure high quality delivery Handling and resolution of escalations, both from clients and from Delivery Management team, Addressing talent acquisition, people and project allocation issues, Motivation, retention and competence development of subordinated Delivery Management team, Collaborative work of Delivery Management team with operational and admin support. Located in North America Regional travels to be planned as needed Installing the processes discipline, owns and drives mitigation of process risks & deviations, sets up and implements operating policies and procedures across all subordinated programs and Delivery Management team Skills Must have 15 years experience with minimum 3 years experience in A/NZ region Extensive experience of Capital Markets Platform (Murex, Calypso, Kondor, Orchestrade) Established network with c-levels, heads of IT, heads of business, at banks in ANZ Solid Software Integration background with successful end to end projects delivery Strong background in Business Analysis, Project Management or Management Consulting Strong background in Front Office / Risk Treasury Capital Markets Strong background in delivering Capital Markets IT projects Good Communicator in English written and oral Excellent client facing Willingness to travel and work with a global team of professionals.
