The Opportunity As Post Completion Manager, you will lead post‑completion operations across defects management, remedial works and statutory obligations, ensuring Mirvac developments continue to meet our high standards beyond handover. Working closely with Project, Design, Legal and Customer Relations teams, you’ll provide expert leadership, manage complex stakeholder relationships and drive continuous improvement across post‑completion practices. This role is ideal for an experienced construction or project professional who is passionate about quality, thrives in complex environments and enjoys collaborative problem‑solving. What you’ll do: · Lead post‑completion activities including defects management, remedial works and statutory obligations · Monitor quality and compliance in line with NCC, Australian Standards and Mirvac requirements · Build strong relationships with Project, Design, Legal, Consultants, Strata and Building Managers · Support Customer Relations teams to deliver high‑quality defect resolution outcomes · Manage remedial trade procurement, costs, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives About you: · 7 years’ experience in construction or project management · Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or similar · Strong knowledge of remedial construction, quality and compliance · Proven stakeholder leadership and problem‑solving capability Why Mirvac?
