Tier One Bank Great leader & team Career Development Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Senior Agile Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex technology initiatives within a large and dynamic environment. This role is responsible for managing multiple concurrent IT initiatives using Agile and SAFe methodologies , ensuring successful delivery aligned to strategic objectives. You will work closely with executive stakeholders, product teams, technology leaders and external vendors to deliver scalable platforms, products and solutions. Operating within an Agile Release Train , you will help coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and drive a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of multiple complex technology initiatives using Agile and SAFe practices Define project scope, objectives and success measures in partnership with senior stakeholders Manage initiative timelines, budgets and resources while delivering incremental value Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives Identify and manage risks, dependencies and delivery challenges across initiatives Develop business cases and funding requests with clear strategic value Lead governance forums such as steering committees and stakeholder review sessions Manage relationships with vendors and technology partners including contract negotiation Ensure initiatives transition successfully into operational support Drive adoption of Agile practices and continuous improvement across teams About the Role You will work closely with delivery teams, product owners, architects and business stakeholders to ensure technology initiatives are delivered effectively and provide meaningful organisational outcomes. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, strategic thinking and the ability to navigate complex delivery environments. About You You are a highly experienced project delivery professional with strong Agile credentials and a proven track record managing complex technology programs.
