Project Services & BAs Sydney Contract Civic & Social Organization 19/3/2026 $650-$700 p/d Project Officer / Commercial Analyst (Infrastructure Transactions) �� Sydney CBD (Hybrid – 3 days in office) �� Contract until 30 June 2026 potential extension �� Up to $700 p/d super About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing government deal team supporting major infrastructure and toll reform initiatives. You’ll play a key role in providing transaction and project support , with a strong focus on evaluation reports, commercial analysis, and executive-level documentation . This role sits close to senior leadership and offers exposure to complex, high-profile projects. Key Responsibilities Support the preparation of evaluation reports for major transactions (core focus) Develop briefing packs, guidance notes, and ministerial/cabinet documentation Review and analyse complex financial, commercial and legal documentation Assist in report writing and synthesising insights into clear outputs Coordinate across multiple workstreams (financial, commercial, legal, technical) Provide day-to-day project support (meetings, minutes, tracking actions) Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders Respond to urgent requests and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment About You Experience in infrastructure, major projects, or transaction environments Background in government, consulting, or commercial/finance roles preferred Strong ability to synthesise complex information into clear written outputs Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable working across multi-disciplinary teams and workstreams Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities Team & Environment Work closely with Directors and senior leadership Collaborative team of commercial, finance and government specialists Fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent workstreams Hybrid working model in a CBD location
