About the Project Martinus is delivering a critical section of Australia's landmark Inland Rail project, connecting Albury to Parkes as part of the 1,700km freight corridor that will transform the nation's supply chain. This is a once-in-a-generation infrastructure project, and we're looking for experienced rail professionals to help bring it to life. The Role We're seeking an experienced Signalling Supervisor to lead and coordinate signalling works across the Albury to Parkes corridor. Reporting to the project's Signalling Manager, you'll oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of signalling infrastructure while ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise signalling installation, testing, and commissioning activities across project worksites Lead and mentor a team of signalling technicians and trade assistants Coordinate with track, civil, and electrical crews to ensure integrated delivery Ensure all signalling works comply with ARTC standards, Australian Standards, and project specifications Conduct and review risk assessments, Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), and permit-to-work documentation Liaise with the client (ARTC) and relevant stakeholders on signalling scope and progress Monitor and report on work progress, quality, and defects Support commissioning activities and contribute to testing documentation About You Proven experience in a signalling supervisory role on major rail infrastructure projects Strong working knowledge of ARTC signalling standards and practices Relevant trade qualifications in electrotechnology or signalling Current Rail Industry Worker (RIW) card with applicable competencies Experience managing small to medium-sized site teams Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work autonomously in a regional/remote environment Desirable Familiarity with the Inland Rail program and ARTC interface requirements What's on Offer Competitive salary and site allowances DIDO/FIFO arrangements The opportunity to play a key role in one of Australia's most significant infrastructure projects A supportive team culture with genuine career development pathways
