In the role of Tech Analyst Lead , you will be part of our Data Technology team, doubling down on moving with speed. Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to support with: Eliciting, analysing, and documenting business, functional, and system requirements using techniques like user stories and use cases Analysing source applications and working with applications teams to capture meta data Providing input to designs and support testing activities for data engineering solutions Developing process maps, operating instructions, and system documentation Acting as the intermediary between non-technical business stakeholders and technical teams Working with delivery teams to ensure solutions are developed within agreed budgets and timeframes, while meeting desired requirements Reviewing current technology delivery processes and recommending improvements or new solutions to increase efficiencies and productivity We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need: Ability to understand user needs and translate them into requirements and well‑designed solutions Ability to work with engineering teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and testing coverage is sufficient to verify solutions are built as intended Strong verbal and written communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to resolve business issues Proficiency in creating detailed technical specifications and process maps Advanced knowledge of AI tooling and how it can support requirements elicitation, test case creation, and data pipeline builds Deep experience with data projects and software development life cycles (SDLC) Deep experience implementing new data platforms and onboarding data to hydrate the data lake Strong understanding of data architecture, data modelling, and data platforms Experience with the Databricks platform and Information Framework (IFW) (preferred) A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone We know that our people make us who we are.
