This permanent full-time role is based in our Fitzgibbon Street, Cremorne Head Office. Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote). Position Purpose: To implement and support the ADP GlobalView solution by utilising ASAP and ADP methodologies, ensuring that our clients experience World Class Service resulting in the highest Quality solutions being delivered On Time and On Budget. Key Responsibilities Implement the client's solution using ADP's Implementation Methodology and the ADP Globalview product (based on SAP). Configure the client's solution according to the documented business blueprint, ensuring that the solution is Unit Tested and thoroughly documented according to ADP's GlobalView template guidelines. Support clients through the User Acceptance, Parallel Testing and Go-Live phases. Ensure that all deliverables are created on time and accurately as per project schedule, such as Blueprint reviews, configuration, unit testing and configuration documentation. Maintain up to date knowledge of the SAP Products, of SAP related news and any developments to the product and its competitors. Maintain up to date knowledge of the ADP GlobalView template and ensure that the template is adhered to. Liaise with the Product Manager to provide feedback on the template and to understand future product direction/ changes. Provide assistance and liaise with the Product Manager & Project teams to design any non-standard changes to the ADP GlobalView template. Design, document, implement, and test any post live change requests (scope changes). Maintain up to date knowledge of the countries that are covered by ADP Asia Pacific's solution, including any legal changes forthcoming, ensuring that these changes are correctly investigated, qualified and implemented in the solution (through SAP OSS). Liaise with SAP OSS to ensure that the solution is error free and legislatively up to date, including providing relevant examples, supporting legal documentation and application of any advanced correct notes delivered by OSS (configuration related only) Liaise with the ADP Knowledge Manager to ensure that legal changes are incorporated into the relevant documentation. Provide country level legislative support to the company such as information on statutory calculation rules such as tax and provident fund rules. Ensure that any implementation tool documentations such as Blueprint Supplements and Configuration Guides are updated with any legal/ product changes. Minimise ADP's exposure to risk while focusing on appropriate application of the ADP GlobalView template to maximise value to the client. Liaise with the ADP Project Manager (Consulting) assigned to the project and Team Leaders, providing regular status updates and early warning of any slippage/ problems that may occur. Escalate project issues to Project Manager including scope variations, task slippages and risks that may arise during the project. Provide relevant training and knowledge sharing opportunities for members of the Implementation Team, this can include informal on-the-job training to facilitating formal SAP training courses Demonstrate and apply knowledge of key implementation strategies such as the SAP ASAP methodology. Knowledge of support methodologies including usage of an CRM Issue tracking system. Keep client's blueprints, configuration worksheets, client specific configuration documentation and training material up to date. Liaise with internal teams including Basis, Client Services, Support, Project Management and Product Management to ensure that clients receive the highest levels of client service. Provide pre-sales support including analysing and providing answer for tender documentation, performing demonstrations and attending any workshops where specialist knowledge of payroll is required. Perform Quality Assurance reviews on client blueprints and configuration of the client's system. Perform other related duties as assigned. Experience 3- 5 years experienced in IT/ ERP and/or Payroll/HR Industry Configuration skills for SAP Payroll or training and documentation skills for Payroll/HR Certified SAP HR/ Payroll Consultant At least 2 full life cycle implementations.
