Synergie Australia is seeking an Export Operator for a trusted client located in Keilor. The important parts: Pay: $70,000 - $90,000 Duration: Full-time - Ongoing Hours: Monday–Friday (no work from home) What you will be required to do: You will support a busy export operation handling general cargo exports. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who is confident working directly with customers and managing export shipments from start to finish. Managing end‑to‑end export operations Coordinating general cargo export shipments Handling order management through to invoicing and shipment completion Preparing and managing export documentation Liaising directly with customers, sales representatives, freight providers, and internal teams Ensuring shipments meet export cut‑off times and requirements Supporting warehouse coordination across multiple sites Maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the export process To be successful in the role you will: Have previous export or freight experience Be confident working in a customer‑facing environment Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills Have a positive, proactive attitude and strong work ethic Be comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume export environment Be a strong cultural fit — friendly, engaged, and team‑oriented Cargo Wise experience is valued but not essential.
