Flexible location hybrid work arrangements Full-time and fixed term until the 26 th of March 2027 HEW 7 $105,933 - $116,643 17% Superannuation About the role: The Coordinator, Campaigns (Sport) supports the development and implementation of end-to-end, multichannel marketing campaigns and activations, with a primary focus on sport partnerships. The role works closely with internal subject matter experts across the marketing division and broader university - including web, digital, communications, content, creative, events and insights, to ensure effective campaign delivery across multiple channels. While sport partnerships represent a significant portion of campaign activity, the role also contributes to broader partnership marketing initiatives and integrated marketing campaigns across the team. We are seeking a coordinator with exceptional communication, copywriting and content creation skills and an ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. As a Coordinator, Campaigns (Sport), you will: Ensure the timely delivery of Deakin’s key sport campaigns and initiatives using a variety of systems, processes and sources. Leverage Deakin’s flagship sport partnerships, maximise the value and impact of Deakin’s contractual rights and benefits. Coordinate marketing deliverables associated with partnership agreements, activations and promotional activity. Drive prospective student consideration across sport-related programs and broader priorities where relevant. Develop and execute creative and campaign briefs and media plans with external agencies, ensuring all creative and advertising communicates effectively to the right audience, at the right time, with the right message. To be successful, you’ll have: A Degree with substantial subsequent relevant experience; or Extensive experience and management expertise in technical or administrative fields; or an equivalent combination Proven experience in campaign coordination or a similar role Strong understanding of multichannel marketing strategies and execution Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics.
