What We’re Looking For: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated educator who is committed to delivering high-quality early childhood education and care. Ideally, you will have: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role Experience as an Educational Leader or the capability to step into the role A strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and current industry practices The ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues We also welcome confident and capable leaders who can: Take on or support the Educational Leader role within the service Mentor and support fellow educators Provide educational guidance and curriculum leadership Drive continuous improvement and reflective practice Build team capability across all areas of practice Role model best practice and professionalism Essential Requirements: Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) NESA Accreditation (or working towards) Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification Strong communication and leadership skills Why Join Us?
