You will guide the evolution of Adobe Experience Manager, enabling scalable, secure and customer-focused digital experiences. Working closely with platform, product and delivery leaders, you will support long-term digital transformation and continuous capability uplift. What you'll do Provide strategic technical leadership for Adobe Experience Manager across Sites, Assets, Forms and Headless, ensuring scalable and secure delivery aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to shape the digital experience roadmap, translating customer and business needs into platform outcomes. Guide platform architecture, integration patterns and governance to support performance, compliance and interoperability with enterprise systems. Drive continuous improvement across content operations, personalisation, workflows and multichannel delivery using data, insights and best practices. Lead adoption of AI-enabled capabilities within the DXP where they deliver clear value, ensuring responsible and compliant implementation. Mentor delivery teams and practitioners, building platform capability, consistency and a culture of learning and quality delivery. What you'll bring Extensive experience delivering and optimising Digital Experience Platforms, with deep hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Manager. Strong knowledge of AEM architecture, content management, workflows, personalisation and headless delivery across web and mobile channels. Proven experience integrating AEM with analytics, identity and backend systems using APIs, JSON, GraphQL and Adobe I/O. Solid capability in front-end technologies including JavaScript, React, HTML5 and CSS, supporting scalable and reusable component design. Experience with performance optimisation, accessibility standards and tools such as Google Lighthouse and Core Web Vitals. Ability to lead platform decisions, mentor teams and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
