The Opportunity You’ll lead discrete workstreams under a Project Lead, owning your deliverables, managing your stakeholder touch points, and keeping your stream moving with quality and pace. What you’ll be doing: Employee Experience & Co-design: Understand moments that matter, identify key friction points, and design and deliver practical change interventions that align employee and customer experience, brand, culture and performance with client strategy. Internal Comms & Channel Activations: Build comms plans that drive action: developing messaging frameworks, narrative proof points, and channel approaches that help clients get the most out of their internal platforms. AI Adoption & Change: Design the human experience of change to support tech and AI adoption – translating complex operational strategy into clear, human insights and language that teams can apply day-to-day. Insights to Recommendations: Support diagnostics through interviews and workshops, synthesising insights to create clear problem statements and practical recommendations for senior stakeholders. Client Growth Contribution: Spot ‘what next’ opportunities grounded in outcomes (e.g., comms roll-out, leader enablement, adoption support, measurement) and feed them into the team. Who we’re looking for: 5 years of experience in employee experience, internal comms, EVP, employer brand, or change (in-house, agency, or consulting). Strong structuring and writing skills, you can make complexity simple and useful. Experience supporting communications through organisational change. Confident in facilitating workshops and turning insights into actionable outputs. Organised, calm under pressure, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities and working in ambiguity. Enjoys bringing critical thinking ability to solving business problems through people Nice to have: Experience in culture transformation, behavioural change, operating model change, or supporting AI/tech adoption from a people/comms lens.
