10th April, 2026 What’s the opportunity As the Senior Supply Chain Manager, you will lead the end-to-end supply chain performance for the ANZ region within a fully outsourced 4PL distribution model . This critical leadership role is responsible for ensuring reliable product availability, strong supplier performance, and the seamless execution of Limited Time Offer (LTO) programs across the Subway network. You will step into a ‘warm seat’ with well established relationships and a stable team. What you’ll do Leadership & Governance: lead, coach and develop a team of three - Distribution Performance Manager, Supplier Performance Manager and the LTO Manager 4PL Management: oversee the 4PL partner to ensure delivery of contracted performance across DIFOT/OTIF, pick accuracy and cost-to-serve Supplier Performance: manage supplier service levels, scorecards and food safety compliance while leading escalation pathways for supply continuity LTO & Promotions: oversee the marketing and commercial calendar to ensure all promotional products are delivered in-full and on-time Strategic Input: provide key insights for network design, distribution reviews and regional RFPs Stakeholder Engagement: drive collaboration across internal and external partners, acting as the primary escalation point for supply and franchisee issues Data Evolution: continue the transition of excel based reporting into an automated, data insight-driven system What you’ll bring to the role We are looking for a composed, decisive and strategic supply chain leader. Someone who thrives under pressure and drives end-to-end performance through trust, clarity and accountability within a complex outsourced environment. You’ll bring: Industry Expertise: minimum 8 years in supply chain, distribution, or logistics, ideally within QSR, FMCG, retail, or food manufacturing. Leadership: proven experience managing teams and developing leaders. 4PL/3PL Experience: demonstrated success operating within outsourced logistics environments. Analytical Capability: high analytical capability with the ability to turn complex data into commercial recommendations. Stakeholder Management: a calm demeanor and clear communication style Qualifications: Formal qualifications in Supply Chain or Logistics are highly desirable; an MBA is well-regarded.
