This is a Supply & Inventory Planner role with Hager Australia & New Zealand based in Sydney, NSW, AU Hager Australia & New Zealand Role Seniority - mid level More about the Supply & Inventory Planner role at Hager Australia & New Zealand As a Supply & Inventory Planner you will report to Inventory Manager in the Supply Chain & Logistics department based in Sydney for a permanent contract. As a Supply & Inventory Planner, you are responsible for end-to-end supply and inventory planning across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring high product availability while optimising inventory levels and supporting Hager’s transformation and digitalisation agenda in the Pacific region. Your mission Develop and manage regional supply and inventory plans as part of the S&OP process to achieve optimal service and stock levels Monitor and control inventory across DC and 3PL sites, preventing stockouts and excess inventory Coordinate international inbound shipments and local purchasing or stock transfers Deliver data-driven insights through KPI development, reporting, and automation using SAP and Power BI Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support supply chain transformation projects Own and maintain Supply Chain master data, ensuring accuraacy, consistency and ongoing data integrity Your profile Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce, Finance, or Economics Minimum 3 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, S&OP, or inventory management Strong analytical skills with advanced SAP S/4HANA knowledge and data analytics capabilities Experience with inventory planning, KPI development, and continuous improvement methodologies Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to perform in a dynamic environment What we offer?
